Hi,
I've requested a refund via your support email (as stated in your Terms of Service) on December 16th, but I have not heard back or recieved a refund to my Paypal.
I've made sure to use the same email.
I thought you might be busy so I waited for a good while, but I'm starting to grow concerned as my 30-day limit for refunds is coming up fast (I purchased my license on the 1st of December).
Maybe you guys just missed it?
