Stop Jellyfin Get your hexos server connected to a screen Press 7, to get in to the Linux terminal, and navigate to you storage pool and go to: .../Applications/jellyfin/config/config and open the file: system.xml in your favorite terminal text editor nano, vim 🙂 Change in: IsStartupWizardCompleted from ture to false. Save the file Start up Jellyfin again, and you have the first startup wizard again 🙂

That's my understanding too. Say you got 3 small drives, buy 3 large drives, pull one small out, one big in, let it rebuild, pull second small, insert second large, let it rebuild, then do the last one. Might be safer to buy fewer and bigger drives to start with, and later just expand with adding same capacity drives.
